In order to resolve this issue follow this steps :
1. Open PowerShell and type
- Get-PSSnapin –Registered
- Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Adfs.Powershell
- Update-AdfsCertificate –Urgent
2. Open Microsoft Online Services Module for Windows PowerShell and type
Connect-MsolService(Enter your cloud admin credentials)
- Update-MsolFederatedDomain –DomainName “your federated domain in the cloud”
Close windows explorer and sigh in again to Microsoft office365 portal.
